Developed an Intranet-based "Skills Inventory" system for the company's Human Resources department.  The system allows Canadian Tire to collect, manage and interpret information about the technical skills available within the company, and to plan future hiring practices based on projected requirements.

Designed and implemented a wide area workflow system based on Internet protocols for this chartered Canadian bank.  The system was commissioned to streamline and replace courier- and paper-based systems for time-sensitive, secure transactions.

Designed and implemented the corporate Web site and Web-based personal assessment tool to help students and corporate employees assess their development and skill sets against the Conference Board of Canada's Employability Skills Profile.  The tool, career.MAX, is used by school boards and major companies to help plan training and career path development activities.

Provided application design and prototyping services for this multinational insurance corporation.  Developed a Job Evaluation and assessment system used to describe and define new and existing positions, and to help guide career path planning.  Also developed a inventory tracking and management system to control software assets.

Designed, developed and implemented a turnkey Web-based system that assists CompTrac and its clients in the recruitment and retention of high-tech personnel.  The system includes a corporate Web site, a secure subscriber site for clients, and a suite of Web-based software applications.
 
WS&IB   Workplace Safety & Insurance Board of Ontario

Redesigned the client data delivery system and migrated it from paper-based processes to an integrated electronic system using both EFT/VAN and Internet protocols.
